Divorce Answer & Counterclaim WITH Minor Children

This document is used to formally respond to a Petition for Divorce when minor children are involved. If you’ve been served divorce papers by your spouse, you must file an Answer—whether you agree with the terms or not. This form also allows you to file a Counterclaim if there are issues you disagree with or additional requests you’d like the court to consider.
