Attorneys: “Weighing in On Justice”. We welcome all licensed attorneys to help not only our Pro Se litigants but all litigants in the State of Georgia by volunteering your time and talent. Georgia Bar Rule 6.1 offers guidance on the expectations of attorneys in Georgia for providing pro bono assistance to the underprivileged members of the community. We will provide an orientation and then refer patrons to you on a pro bono or reduced fee. We also encourage unbundled services and provide the forms for limited scope representation to be signed by the attorney and pro se litigant.
